Orders, delivery, our 90-day guarantee, and how OralLoc actually works. If your answer isn't here, a real person will reply to your email.
Using OralLoc
The liner molds to your gums in about 60 seconds, and the whole process takes around 2 to 3 minutes at your own sink, from opening the pack to wearing your dentures.
Soften the tube in hot water, apply the liner to the clean, dry fitting surface of your denture, put it in and bite down gently for 60 seconds so it shapes itself to your gums, then rinse in cool water to set it.
No mixing, no catalyst and no dentist appointment. Full step-by-step instructions come in the box.
Up to 7 days per application. That's the number printed on our tube, and we've kept it honest rather than rounding it up for a headline. How long it lasts for you depends on your bite, what you eat and how loose your denture was to begin with. When it starts to feel loose, you can warm it and remold it.
Yes, all three. Lowers have no palate suction to help them, which is why they're the ones that float, and they usually show the biggest difference. With partials, keep the liner to the gum-bearing surface and clear of the metal clasps.
That's the whole point. Once it's set, eat what you like, including the foods that went off the list first. Because the gap is filled, seeds and crumbs have nowhere to get trapped underneath. Hot drinks are fine too.
Keep your normal routine. Take your dentures out overnight as usual, and the liner stays in the plate. Brush gently with a soft brush and cool or lukewarm water.
Avoid boiling water and harsh or abrasive cleaners while the liner is in, because heat is what softens it.
Yes, you can lift it out whenever you want, and no, it won't damage them. OralLoc holds to the acrylic by shape rather than bonding chemically to it, so there's nothing to eat into the surface and nothing left behind. Take it out and your dentures are exactly as they were.
Cream sits on top of the gap between your plate and your gums. It squeezes out, thins through the day and needs reapplying every morning. OralLoc fills that gap and molds to the exact shape of your gums, so your denture is held by fit rather than glue. One application, up to 7 days, and no daily mess.
Keep the tube capped in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. The expiry date is printed on the pack.
Our 90-Day Hold Guarantee
You get 90 days from delivery. Mold it, wear it, eat with it and remold it as many times as you like. If your dentures aren't holding better than they do today, email us and we'll refund you.
No. Once a tube has been opened and used it's a personal dental product we can't resell, so we won't ask you to post it back. Opened, half-used and empty tubes are all covered. We just ask that you give it a fair try first.
The whole order is covered within the 90 days. Opened tubes stay with you. If any tubes in the pack are still sealed, we'll ask you to send just those back, and we'll give you instructions first.
Email support@oralloc.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number, the name on the order and a line on how it went.
If we do need sealed tubes back, we'll send you an RMA number first. Please don't post anything without one, because we can't match unlabelled parcels to an order.
For most refunds there's nothing to post. If we ask for sealed tubes back, please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. We'll cover the postage if it's our mistake, a faulty product or a damaged delivery.
No. There's no restocking, handling or processing fee, and you get the full product price back. The original shipping cost paid at checkout isn't refunded.
We process approved refunds within 7 working days and email you to confirm. After that, your bank usually takes another 3 to 10 working days to show it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Yes. Store credit is issued at the full product price, lasts 12 months and can be used on anything in our store.
The guarantee covers one refunded order per customer or household. Sealed, unopened items can still be returned separately within 30 days. The full details are in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Orders and Shipping
Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting weekends or US public holidays. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, because once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. You'll get tracking by email so you can follow it the whole way. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are usually packed the same day. Orders placed after that, at weekends or on a public holiday start processing the next business day.
Not at the moment. We currently ship to US addresses only.
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is with the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating. If it hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Email support@oralloc.com straight away with your order number. If your order hasn't gone into fulfilment yet, we'll change it. We can't always promise that, because we ship fast.
First, check with anyone else in your home and with neighbours, and look in any safe place, porch or mailbox. Carriers sometimes mark a parcel delivered up to 48 hours before it actually arrives.
If it's still missing, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll open a claim with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll resend it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Email us within 14 days with your order number and photos of the product and the outer box. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, whichever you choose.
If an item sells out after you order, we'll email you within 2 business days with a new shipping date. You can wait, or cancel for a full refund including shipping, at any point before it ships.
Safety and Suitability
A zinc-free, dental-grade thermoplastic. We left zinc out entirely because it's the ingredient behind the warnings attached to some older denture creams.
There's no mixing and no chemical reaction in your mouth. It's one material that softens with heat and firms up as it cools, with no taste and no smell. If you'd like the full ingredient list, email us and we'll send it.
Most sore spots come from a loose plate rocking and rubbing the same patch of gum. A molded liner spreads the pressure across the whole ridge and puts a soft layer between the acrylic and your gums, which is why so many people use it for exactly that.
If you have open sores that won't heal, swelling, bleeding or pain that won't go away, please see your dentist before using it. A denture that's the wrong shape or has a sharp edge needs a professional adjustment.
It's made for properly made acrylic upper, lower and partial dentures. Don't use it on a denture that's cracked or broken. Get that repaired first. If you have implant-supported dentures, check with your dentist before using any liner.
Every mouth is different, so we'd rather back it than just promise it. Results depend on your gums, your bite and the condition of your denture. That's exactly why you get a full 90 days to find out. If your dentures aren't holding better, you get your money back.
Take it out, rinse your mouth and stop using it. If the irritation doesn't settle, speak to your dentist. Then email us so we know, and we'll refund you under the guarantee.
No. OralLoc is a temporary at-home liner, not a replacement for professional dental care, a permanent reline or a new denture. Keep seeing your dentist regularly. It's what you use to stay comfortable between those visits.
Subscriptions
Never. A subscription is only added if you choose it yourself before checkout. A one-time purchase option is always there.
You choose how often you want fresh tubes delivered at checkout, and we send them and charge your card on that schedule until you cancel. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We email you a reminder before every renewal, so you always know a charge is coming.
There are two ways, and both work the same. Use the manage subscription link in your order confirmation or reminder email, or email support@oralloc.com and we'll cancel it for you and confirm in writing.
No phone calls and no having to explain yourself. To stop your next charge, let us know at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
Yes. You can change how often it arrives, skip an order, pause and restart later, change the quantity, or update your address and payment details at any time.
Email us and we'll refund it in full straight away. You won't need to send anything back. Our full terms are in our Purchase Cancellations Policy.
Payment and Account
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. Every payment is processed securely, and we never see or store your full card details.
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, and payments go through their secure, encrypted checkout. Your card details are never stored on our systems.
No, you can check out as a guest. An account makes it easier to track orders and manage a subscription, though.
Codes usually can't be combined with another offer, and some only apply to certain products. Email us the code and your order details and we'll take a look.

OralLoc is a temporary denture cushion and liner intended for use with properly made dentures. It is not a substitute for professional dental care, a permanent reline or a new denture. If your dentures are damaged, or cause ongoing pain or sores, see your dentist before use. Results vary from person to person and depend on the condition and fit of your dentures.
